Bill W. Burgess, Jr.
Bill W. Burgess was born in Stuttgart, Germany on June 1, 1956.
He practices in the areas of Real Estate, Banking Law, Lending Law, Commercial Litigation,and Creditors Rights.
He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Delta Phi. He is also a member of the Order of the Barristers. He is a Regent for the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. Bill was a past chairman for the Lawton Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc.. He was a past President for the Boy Scouts of America for Southwest Oklahoma, a past President for Crime Stoppers of Lawton, Oklahoma. He is a current member of the Cameron Foundation, a chairman for the Oklahoma Business Roundtable, Inc.. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma State CHamber of COmmerce.
Bill received education from the Cameron University (B.A., magna cum laude, 1978) and from the UNiversity of Oklahoma (J.D., 1980).
It was in 1981 that he was admitted by Oklahoma, U.S. District Court, Western District of Oklahoma and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.
Bill is a member of the Comanche County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association.
