Brad W. Burgess
Brad W. Burgess was born in Stuggart, Germany on November 8, 1957.
He practices in the areas of Trial Practice, Banking Law, Lending Law, Creditor Bankruptcy, and Real Estate.
He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi. He was also a member of the State Banking Board from 1994- 2003. Brad Burgess is also the Commissioner of the Oklahoma Department of trasnportation, since 2003 to the present. He is also currently the Vice President of the Board of Directors for Crimestoppers, since 1999. In the Black Beaver District, he is the Chairman of Finance for the Boyscouts of America.
Brad received education from Texas Tech University, Cameron University (B.A., Magna Cum Laude, 1980), and from the University of Oklahoma (J.D., 1983).
It was in 1983 that Brad Burgess was admitted by Oklahoma, U.S. District Court, Western, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma and U.S. District Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.
Brad is a member of the Comanche County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association(Member, Business and Corporate Law Section), and the American Bar Association. He is also associated with the ABA.
